Returns are accepted only for product defects and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have a verified manufacturing defect
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product
- The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by improper handling
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for next steps. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our discretion.
Custom Orders:
Custom-built items are not eligible for return. If a custom item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the item after verifying the defect.
